My name is Amy and I’ve been interested in health, nutrition, and fitness for years and it’s something of a passion of mine! I work as a part time fitness instructor and I absolutely love it! I’m also a certified health coach and am always trying to find ways to stay passionate about a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
I started this website with the hope to reach those of you out there who are struggling to find the balance in your everyday. I’m here to give you simple and attainable tips that can help you to achieve this everyday.
My philosophy on fitness, and on life, is “progress not perfection”. Finding balance in life as a way to maintain health and wellness is important to me. This means eating a nutritious diet, but not restricting yourself completely!
In the midst of the chaos of life we need to find little joys and balance where we can. Sometimes this means a much needed occasional day in bed, an extra long workout, something chocolate, a juicy burger, or a maybe even a beer.
Life is not about the end game, it’s about the journey we take to get there. So buckle up and enjoy the ride!
